Shiva Koya

Shiva Koya is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and account management. Currently serving as the Sr Talent Acquisition Lead at ConfigUSA since April 2024, Shiva previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Sligo Software Solutions Inc. from October 2023 to March 2024. Prior to that role, Shiva worked as an Account Manager at Tachyon Technologies from January 2023 to September 2023 and served as Sr Lead Recruiter at Cyma Systems Inc. from June 2018 to December 2022. Shiva holds an MBA in HR and IT from ICBM-SBE and a BCA from Progressive Degree College, complemented by an academic foundation from St. Thomas High School.
