Marlene Meaders is a highly experienced fish and invertebrate biologist, currently serving as Principal Marine Biologist at Confluence Environmental Company since October 2013. With over 13 years of professional expertise, Marlene has also held significant roles, including Manager at ENVIRON International Corporation, where fisheries biology was a focus, and Field Technician at Thomas R. Payne and Associates, contributing to hydroelectric relicensing projects. Earlier experience as a Fisheries Biologist at ENTRIX, Inc. complements a strong academic background, including a Master's of Science in Fisheries Biology from Humboldt State University and a Bachelor's of Science in Biological Oceanography from the University of Washington.
