Prior to this, they were a Senior Sales Director at Compliance Solutions Strategies (CSS). Charles previously served as the Head of Sales and Senior Director at AMFINE, where they successfully increased global revenue by 100% in four years, leading to the company's acquisition by CSS. In addition to their financial roles, Charles also held positions at Time for the Planet, a non-profit organization dedicated to tackling climate change, and SunGard (now part of FIS), where they served as the Deputy Head of Client Relationship Management. Charles also gained experience in institutional sales at Eurekahedge, New Star Asset Management, and Amundi Asset Management. Charles has a strong track record of building relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Charles Seigle-Goujon completed their Master of Science degree in Finance at Audencia from 2003 to 2007. In 2006, they also obtained a Graduation certificate in Financial Markets and Organizational Management from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
