Hermann Lara

Hermann Lara has a strong background in sales and relationship management. Hermann began their career in 1997 as a Senior Registered Client Associate at Charles Schwab, where they worked until 2000. Hermann then joined Lehman Brothers as a Registered Sales Assistant until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Registered Sales Associate at Piper Jaffray. In 2006, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Client Manager II, responsible for managing key client relationships and implementing technology roll-out campaigns. In 2008, they moved to SS&C Advent as an Implementation Manager - OnDemand, where they introduced and managed solutions for clients. Hermann later transitioned to the role of Relationship Sales Manager, serving as a trusted consultant to Advisory clientele. Hermann joined SS&C Technologies in 2021 as a Client Sales - National, before joining Confluence in 2022 as an Enterprise Sales Director. Throughout their career, Hermann has consistently delivered high-quality service and built strong relationships with clients.

Hermann Lara attended Berklee College of Music from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Music degree in Composition & Performance.
