Joshwa Joseph

Joshwa Joseph has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joshwa currently holds the position of Senior QA Engineer at Confluence, a role they began in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Royal Bank of Scotland for nine years, starting as a Commercial Portfolio Manager in 2012 and transitioning to the role of Senior IT QA Engineer Commercial Banking in 2015. During their time at Royal Bank of Scotland, Joshwa demonstrated expertise in testing, overseeing the entire test process and possessing a thorough understanding of SDLC and STLC. Joshwa also contributed to test planning, coordination, automation, and bug tracking. Their earlier work experience includes a B2B Sales Consultant role at EDF Energy and a Guest Relations Officer position at Filitheyo Island Resort, AAA Hotels and Resorts.

From 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at LCCMS London.

In 2014, they attended Futuretrend Training & Consultancy Centre, where they completed a course on Practical Software Testing.

The same year, they also obtained the BCS ISEB/ISTQB Certificate in Software Testing from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.

In 2016, they earned the BCS Agile Foundation certificate from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
