Mark Botha

Mark Botha began their work experience in 2014 as an Implementation Consultant at Infovest. Mark worked there until 2019. In 2019, they joined Confluence as a Senior Technical Implementation Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Business Analyst in July 2021. At Confluence, their responsibilities included implementing and customizing data warehousing and reporting solutions for clients in the investment management sector, as well as analyzing client requirements and designing appropriate solutions.

Mark Botha's education history begins in 1997 when they attended the University of the Free State and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, which they completed in 1999. In the year 2000, they pursued an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the same university. From 2005 to 2007, Mark attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they earned a National Certificate in Datametrics. More recently, in 2020 and 2021, they enrolled in two online short courses at the University of Cape Town, focusing on Business Systems Analysis and Business Analytics, respectively.
