Lydia Laster

Lydia Laster possesses an extensive background in sales and relationship management, currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager at Confluent Strategies since March 2018, after previously holding the position of Relationship Manager. From March 2016 to March 2018, Lydia was a Sales Representative for National Wallcovering, focusing on central and south Mississippi. Lydia's career began in 1989 at Paul Harris Stores Inc, where a range of roles from Sales to Assistant Manager and Manager were held until 1991. Additional experience includes managing and assisting in buying at Sportique in Jackson, MS, from April 1991 to July 1996, followed by a sales associate position at Dillards for Clinique. Lydia's initial role in sales began at Confluent Strategies from 1996 to 2016.
