Carole Silvestri is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in global payroll management, currently serving as the Director of Global Payroll at Confluent. Prior to this role, Carole held various leadership positions including Director of Payroll at Stitch Fix and Senior Global Payroll Manager at Rubrik, Inc.
