Jody Nichols

Jody Nichols currently serves as the Head of Specialized Solution Engineering for the APAC region at Confluent, a position held since March 2022, and has previously held leadership roles in Enterprise Solutions Engineering and Partner Solutions Engineering within the same company. Prior to Confluent, Jody was with Cisco from April 2018 to March 2022, leading teams in APJC Channel Sales Engineering, where significant growth and partner retention were achieved. Jody's experience includes positions at Manhattan Associates, Capgemini, and Avanade, focusing on solutions consulting and project management, with notable accomplishments in technical implementation and customer engagement. Jody began a professional career in systems engineering with Southern Company and has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Software Engineering from Auburn University.
