Raymond Weatherby

Raymond Weatherby has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Raymond started their career in the US Navy Reserve as a Hospital Corpsman, where they performed medical procedures, trained junior members, and organized unit events. After their time in the Navy, Raymond joined Brigham and Women's Hospital as an Operations Manager in the CT Division, overseeing the prompt delivery of CAT scan services and managing a large budget.

In 2007, Raymond transitioned to the private sector and joined Conformis as a Director of Imaging and CAD Manufacturing. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held positions such as Senior Director and later Vice President. In these roles, they led human resources functions, including recruitment, engagement, and benefit administration. Raymond also spearheaded the development and delivery of proprietary software applications and oversaw imaging support services and CAD manufacturing operations.

Throughout their career, Raymond has played key roles in improving employee engagement and corporate culture. Raymond has implemented performance management systems, provided coaching and training opportunities for team members, and organized annual employee engagement events. Raymond's experience in both the medical and private sectors demonstrates their ability to lead and manage operations while staying within budgets and meeting deadlines.

Raymond Weatherby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Northeastern University. Raymond also holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition, they completed a Leadership Development Program in the United States Navy. Raymond has an additional certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
