Luciana Desessards Peringer

Luciana Desessards Peringer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as CEO of HOOP Marketplace de Jóias since March 2019, Luciana successfully launched the company in December 2019. In addition, Luciana is a member of Confraria do Empreendedor. Prior legal experience includes positions as an attorney at TozziniFreire Advogados, specializing in Strategic Litigation and Arbitration, and at CMT - Carvalho, Machado e Timm Advogados, focusing on corporate consulting and legal opinions. Luciana's earlier roles included work in arbitration processes at Câmara de Conciliação, Mediação e Arbitragem Ciesp / Fiesp, and as an intern at several prestigious law firms and institutions, including the Tribunal Regional Federal da 4ª Região and Amcham-Brasil. Luciana holds a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Unisinos, and has a Certificate of Advanced English from EC English Language Centres.
