Brian Mthimkhulu

Brian Mthimkhulu currently serves as the Regional Maintenance Manager for Congebec Inc. since June 2020, overseeing the maintenance operations of refrigerated cold storage warehouses across Canada's Western Region and Ontario, while ensuring compliance with CFIA, BRC standards, and HACCP principles. Prior to this role, Brian held multiple positions at Sasol from January 2009 to April 2019, including Area Manager of Mechanical Maintenance for Sasol Nitro, the Steam & Boiler Plant, and the Waterworks Plant, where notable accomplishments included successful management of preventative maintenance projects and ensuring personnel safety under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Brian completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand and a Managing Managers Development Program at GIBS Business School.
