Tim Allen

Tim Allen has a strong background in software development and management. Tim started their career at Price Waterhouse as a Project Leader in 1987 and then moved on to Pro-IV Systems as a Project Manager from 1991 to 1995. From 1995 to 2001, they worked at Geneva Technology as a Development Manager. Tim then joined Convergys in 2001 and worked as a Senior Development Manager until 2009. Tim then transitioned to Datanomic as a Solutions Development Manager from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they joined Oracle as a Senior Software Development Manager from 2011 to 2015 and later became the Director of Software Development from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Congenica, where they started as a Software Development Manager in 2018 and was later promoted to the position of Lead Technical Project Manager in February 2020.

Tim Allen obtained a BSc degree in Physics from the University of Bristol between 1984 and 1987. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in December 2015.
