Ophir Greif is a data scientist currently employed at Computational Geosciences Inc. since August 2023, with prior experience at the BC Centre for Disease Control and Proteic Bioscience, focusing on air pollution analysis and software optimization for computational biology models. Ophir has also contributed to academia as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia, where support was provided to over 850 students in statistical concepts. In addition to technical roles, Ophir has a strong background in education, serving as a Barmitzvah Teacher and Hebrew School Teacher at Congregation Beth Israel since 2014. Leadership experience includes roles as President and Vice President of Alpha Epsilon Pi, managing strategic initiatives and internal operations, while also organizing philanthropic events. Ophir holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business and Computer Science from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2023.
