Leo Fuchs has a diverse work experience. Leo began their career as a Corps Member with Teach For America in 2000 and served until 2002. Leo then worked as a Resource Specialist at Frick Middle School from 2000 to 2004. Leo then moved on to Explore Middle School, where they held the position of Teacher on Special Assignment from 2004 to 2006. Leo subsequently worked as an Assistant Principal at Jefferson Elementary School from 2006 to 2007. Leo then served as the Principal at Learning Without Limits Elementary - Education for Change from 2007 to 2018. Currently, they are the Director of Youth and Family Education at Congregation Emanu-El of San Francisco, a position they have held since May 2021. Leo also attended Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion as a Rabbinical Student from 2018 to present.
