Benjamin Spratt serves as the Senior Rabbi at Congregation Rodeph Sholom since July 2008, where previous roles included Senior Associate Rabbi. Additionally, Benjamin held the position of Rabbi in Residence at Rodeph Sholom School from July 2008 to July 2021. Educational qualifications include participation in the Advanced Management Program at Columbia Business School (2022-2023), Rabbinic Ordination and a Master of Arts in Jewish/Judaic Studies from The Jewish Theological Seminary (2002-2008), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Religious Studies from the University of Oregon's Robert D. Clark Honors College (1997-2001).
