Jeffrey Porter

Jeffrey Porter is an Executive Vice President & Head of Fixed Income at Congress Asset Management. Jeffrey was the Founder and CEO of Prelude Asset Management LLC, a spinout of Mass General Brigham, which was later acquired by Congress Asset Management. With experience at Mass General Brigham and the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer, Jeffrey has a strong background in managing fixed income portfolios and overseeing asset allocation programs. Jeffrey holds an MBA from East Carolina University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from North Carolina State University.
