Ben Hopkins

Ben Hopkins is a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office, where Ben forecasts the effects of policy changes on health insurance coverage and the federal budget. Prior to this, Ben worked as an Associate Analyst at applEcon and as a Senior Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Ben holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from Swarthmore College.
