The Analysis Team at the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) is responsible for conducting in-depth, nonpartisan evaluations of budgetary and economic issues to support the Congressional budget process. Comprised of analysts with diverse specializations, the team generates detailed reports and cost estimates, ensuring transparent disclosure of methodologies and assumptions, to provide objective, impartial insights for policy decisions.
