Jennifer Shand

Jennifer Shand is a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office, with experience in tax analysis and policy. Prior to their current role, Jennifer served in various research and leadership positions at organizations such as UC Economics Center and Marshall University Research Corporation. Shand holds a PhD in Economics from The Ohio State University.
