Robert Reese

Robert Reese is a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office, specializing in surface transportation and energy policy. Prior to their current role, Robert worked as an Associate Analyst at the American Trucking Associations and as an intern at the Office of Management and Budget. Robert holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
