Audrey Karas

Audrey Karas is a seasoned food and beverage professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Food & Beverage Manager at Congressional Country Club since October 2021, Audrey has previously held roles such as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in the same establishment. Experience at Augusta National Golf Club includes serving as Restaurant Supervisor for the Masters Tournament from 2022 to 2025 and Stewarding Supervisor for the 2018 to 2021 events. Prior experience includes a managerial development role at Cherokee Town and Country Club, an internship at Philadelphia Country Club, and various positions at WILD BLUE CREATIVE CATERING INC, where responsibilities ranged from prep cook to pastry chef. Audrey also holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of South Carolina, earned from 2015 to 2019.
