Guillermo Raya, MPA, is a professional with over a decade of experience in education and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Innovation at Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, previously worked at Idaho State University as the Director of TRIO Educational Talent Search. With a background in Public Administration and Business Administration, Guillermo has successfully managed staff, increased program applications, and provided assistance to prospective students and families.
