Tony Jackson

Director, Emerson National Hunger Fellowship at Congressional Hunger Center

Tony joined the Hunger Center in August 2020 and serves as the Director of the Emerson National Hunger Fellowship Program. Tony is responsible for recruiting fellows and host organizations, as well as training and advising fellows. He is also responsible for implementing and providing strategic guidance for the program.

Tony has worked as a congressional aide for the House Committee on Agriculture and an advocate for Feeding America. Right before joining the Hunger Center, he worked as an educator, teaching Government and Politics and American history at the secondary level.

Tony holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Penn State University. He also holds a law degree from Boston College Law School.
