Maximilian Ebert

Executive Director, Computational Molecular Sciences at Congruence Therapeutics

Maximilian Ebert has a diverse work experience. Maximilian is currently working at Congruence Therapeutics, where they started in 2022 and has held the positions of Director and Executive Director in the Computational Molecular Sciences department. Prior to this, they worked at Chemical Computing Group as a Scientific Services Manager and Application Scientist from 2017 to 2022. Maximilian also has experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Université de Montréal, where they focused on making protein-ligand complex prediction technologies available to the scientific community. Before that, they were a Teaching Assistant at Université de Montréal from 2012 to 2014 and an Assistant Teaching Staff at Kyoto University in 2011. Maximilian also co-founded JEB Media and served as a Co-Founder from 2007 to 2010.

Maximilian Ebert began their education in 2005 at TU Dortmund University, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Eng.) degree in Bioprocess Engineering. Maximilian completed this degree in 2011. During their time at TU Dortmund University, Maximilian also obtained a certification in Safety training in the chemistry laboratory from Université de Montréal in January 2011.

After completing their master's degree, Maximilian furthered their education at Kyoto University from 2010 to 2011. There, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Eng.) degree in Bioprocess Engineering.

Maximilian's educational journey continued at Université de Montréal, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biochemistry from 2012 to 2016.

Overall, Maximilian Ebert holds a Master of Science (M.Eng.) degree in Bioprocess Engineering from both TU Dortmund University and Kyoto University, along with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biochemistry from Université de Montréal. Maximilian also has obtained a certification in Safety training in the chemistry laboratory from Université de Montréal.
