Manoj Nagpurkar is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance roles. CA Manoj started their career as an Article Trainee at RKP and Co in 1999. CA Manoj then worked as a Manager - Accounts & Finance at Godrej Properties Ltd from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they served as the Director - Finance at Emerson Network Power from 2008 to 2014. CA Manoj was then appointed as the Head of Controlling at Schindler India Pvt Ltd from 2014 to 2015. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Head Of Finance at Hilti Group, where they played a key role in streamlining processes and raising funds. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Finance at Congruex since 2018.

Manoj Nagpurkar completed their Chartered Accountancy (CA) degree at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mumbai Chapter. CA Manoj then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree in Accounting and Finance at R A Podar College of Commerce and Economics from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Balmohan Vidyamandir, obtaining their S.S.C. degree.
