Joe Pell is Regional Vice President of Congruex Network Solutions, East. Joe has 30 years of telecommunications experience with a career deeply rooted in the southeast region. Prior to Congruex, Joe held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Blue Stream Fiber. Joe started his career in the field, working his way up into operations management with companies like Comcast, Time Warner, and Charter Communications. Joe’s ability to set strategic vision that connects clients, organizations, and employees paired with his business finance prowess makes him a valuable asset to Congruex and their clients in the entire East region.
