Agustina Estefania Nardo

Agustina Estefania Nardo is an accomplished researcher and educator specializing in food proteins and related sciences. Currently serving as an Assistant Researcher at CONICET since November 2023 and an Assistant at the Directorate of Technological Linkage at the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas UNLP since May 2023, Nardo also holds positions as a Research Teacher at CIDCA and the Universidad Nacional de La Plata since 2021 and 2014, respectively. Nardo's prior experience includes roles as a Product Manager at Neoproteins, a postdoctoral fellow at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council, and various teaching positions within the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas. Nardo's educational background includes a PhD in Biological and Physical Sciences and a degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidad Nacional de La Plata.
