Reza Naghashzadeh

Reza Naghashzadeh is an accomplished interim manager with extensive experience in customer service, business improvement, and operational management across various sectors. Currently serving as an Interim Manager at Coniche since March 2020, Reza has also held strategic roles at Ecorus as Manager Customer Service & Recruitment and at Eneco as a Business Improvement Consultant and Project Manager, where significant improvements to company processes were achieved. Additional leadership experience includes operations management at Cygnific, partner management at SOS International, and senior service delivery roles at PCS. Reza co-founded and managed exclusive society events with Domenica Chique and holds post-HBO certification in Customer Experience Management alongside a degree in Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
