Diane Moreno-Lapis

Diane Moreno-Lapis is an accomplished professional in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Conifer Health Solutions since May 2022. Prior to this role, Diane held various positions at Optum from July 2015 to May 2022, including Associate Director of Learning Solutions for the Philippines and Colombia, Senior Manager for Capability Development, and Operational Training Manager. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Convergys from 2007 to April 2014, where Diane was Operations Manager and Program Head, as well as taking on the roles of Senior Team Leader and Sales Coach.
