Jeremy Jones, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jeremy began their career in 2011 as a Professional Student Intern at Dallas Independent School District. This was followed by a role as a Physical Therapy Intern at Southwest Center Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, where they played a key role in facilitating communication between patients and the resident physical therapist.
In 2011, Jeremy also worked as an Inventory Flow Specialist at Follett, where they coordinated inventory audits and managed the flow of inventory. Jeremy then joined Medical City of Dallas in 2013 as an Emergency Room Registrar, handling registration duties in the emergency room.
Afterwards, Jeremy worked at Walnut Hill Medical Center as a Health Unit Coordinator, where they maintained the efficient flow of the Telemetry floor and ensured proper documentation and updating of patient records.
From 2015 onwards, Jeremy joined Conifer Health Solutions, starting as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and gradually moving up the ladder to roles such as Appeals/Denials Specialist, Lead Denials Specialist, Patient Account Supervisor, Senior Analyst, and finally AR Management Operations Director I and II.
Throughout their career, Jeremy has exhibited strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach in various industries.
Jeremy Jones, MBA has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Woman's University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Trinidad Garza Early College High School at Mountain View College, where they earned a Distinguished High School Diploma from 2007 to 2011. In 2012 to 2013, they attended the University of North Texas and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In February 2014, they also completed a Pharmacy Tech Trainee certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
