Roxanne Baden

Roxanne Baden, RN, MSN, CNOR, currently serves as an Ambulatory Case Manager at Conifer Health Solutions, focusing on long-term care and chronic disease management since November 2014. With extensive experience in surgical services, Roxanne has held various leadership positions, including Director of Perioperative Services at Antelope Valley Hospital and Director of Surgery at both LRHMC and Valley Presbyterian Hospital. Roxanne's contributions include the development and implementation of fiscal performance improvement plans and surgical services policy manuals. Roxanne holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of the Pacific, earned between 2011 and 2013, and has pursued ongoing education in case management certification since August 2014.
