Lucy Crowell

Lucy Crowell started her recruitment career in 2014, after graduating from Cardiff University, with Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Psychology.

After completing five successful years, various promotions and achievements at an International Staffing Company, she joined Wilton & Bain in January 2020 as a Principal Consultant within their Interim Management team to lead their Risk & Transformation Practice.

She has and will continue to work across the Financial Services Industry; with deep specialism in Risk Management, Change and Analytics.
