Alan Regan

Alan Regan currently serves as the AVP of Special Projects at Conifer Realty since November 2023, following a role as Asset Manager and CFO at Dakota Partners from March 2022 to November 2023. Prior positions include Outsource CFO at RDG+Partners, CFO at AJ Costello Group LLC, and CFO at Rochester's Cornerstone Group, Ltd. Alan was also the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Rush Henrietta High School while working at Baldwin Real Estate Corporation, where Alan held roles such as Executive Vice President of Operations and Vice President. Previous experience includes Vice President of Market Rate Housing at Baldwin Real Estate Corporation and Regional VP at WinnResidential. Alan Regan holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
