Terry Chen

Terry Chen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. They are currently serving as the Executive Vice President of US Single-Family Build-to-Rent at Great Gulf since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at an undisclosed company from July 2022 to June 2023.

Before that, Terry held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions at Tricon Residential from April 2018 to June 2022. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Consultant in their own business.
