Stephanie Nichols

Stephanie Nichols joined Conifer in 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of People + Culture. In this role, Stephanie expertly leads her team in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion, compensation/payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and change management,. She works to support the overall needs and strategy of the organization in its entirety.

Stephanie has shown immense growth and development throughout her tenure at Conifer and has proven her ability to be a change agent. Initially joining the company as a Receptionist, Stephanie was quickly promoted to HR Assistant within her first year. She has held multiple roles over the years since in the Human Resources space, including Benefits Specialist, Senior Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and her current role as Vice President of Human Resources. She also worked with the Development team, adding to her well-rounded understanding of Conifer as a whole.

Stephanie holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Keuka College. She is a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and is an active member of the SHRM organization at both the local and national levels.
