Kimberly Theobald

Kim started with Vectorworks in 2022 as the Vice President of People and Culture and became a member of the Executive Team at that time. She and her team work to build better lives for Vectorworks employees while contributing to the global impact and long-term business success.

Within this role, Kim directs initiatives to promote belonging, engagement, empathy, support, and trust among all employees. Additionally, her work means investing in and supporting the growth of Vectorworks team members to create a highly engaged global team driven to exceed expectations.
