Jean Qiu

Jean Qiu is an accomplished executive in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Conigen Bioscience, Inc. and Chief Technology Officer at Conifer Life Sciences Group, LLC since January 2023. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Jean Qiu previously held the role of Vice President of Research and Development at PerkinElmer, Inc. and contributed as a Board Member for the Analytical, Life Science & Diagnostics Association (ALDA). As the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Nexcelom Bioscience, Jean Qiu spearheaded the development and launch of innovative products in cell counting and analysis. Experience includes leadership positions at SRU Biosystems and 3M, where Jean Qiu focused on product commercialization and the development of advanced detection technologies. Jean Qiu earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southeast University.
