Dr. Sam Pfeiffer

Dr. Sam Pfeiffer's work experience includes the following roles:

- Autonomous Vehicles Technical Lead at Conigital Group since July 2021.

- Senior Robotics Software Architect at Hullbot from May 2020 to July 2021.

- PhD in Software Engineering at UTS: University of Technology Sydney, where they worked on software development methodologies for robotics challenges, created software to improve humanoid robots' programming and usability, and led the UTS Unleashed! Robocup@Home Social Standard Platform League team. This role spanned from September 2016 to March 2021.

- Technical Team Lead at UTS Unleashed! from December 2017 to July 2019, leading research and development efforts for the RoboCup@Home Social Standard Platform project, achieving significant rankings in international competitions.

- Robotics Engineer and Robotics Software Development Intern at Pal Robotics from September 2012 to September 2016.

- Software Development Coordinator and Developer at AESS Estudiants from September 2009 to March 2015, where they developed their own projects and collaborated on club projects focused on robotics and technology.

Dr. Sam Pfeiffer has an extensive education history in the field of robotics software development. Dr. Sam completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at the University of Technology Sydney from 2016 to 2021, focusing on Robotics Software Development. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Automatic Control and Robotics from the Universidad Politénica de Cataluña, specializing in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, from 2011 to 2013. Dr. Sam also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems from the same university, which they completed from 2007 to 2011, majoring in Computer Science.

Additionally, Dr. Pfeiffer holds a certification as a Distinguished Global Talent Visa holder (Permanent Resident) obtained from the Australian Department of Home Affairs in April 2021.
