Irene Garcia, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Most recently, they served as an Associate Talent Director at Conill Advertising, where they managed talent acquisition and development. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Manager at the same company. Before joining Conill Advertising, Irene held various roles in HR management at Hearts & Science, Entertainment Industry Foundation, QueensCare Health Centers, Xceed Financial Credit Union, and California Bear Credit Union. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for overseeing facilities management, implementing HR processes and practices, supporting business needs, and promoting corporate values. Irene's areas of expertise include job design, HRIS administration, talent acquisition, employment cycle changes, compensation management, and benefits administration.
