Nancy Bueno Shoats has extensive work experience in the field of media planning and communication planning. Nancy worked at Conill Advertising as an Associate Director of Communications Planning, where they developed Hispanic strategic media targets and recommendations for clients like Toyota, T-Mobile, and FX Networks. At Initiative, they worked as a Media Supervisor for four years.
