Senior Product Designer at Coniq

Gregory Allan has a diverse work experience in various design roles. Gregory is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Coniq since October 2021. Before that, they founded their own company called BVRNKVLT in September 2021, where they developed Stoic-wear.

From 2017 to 2022, Gregory worked as a Creative Director and Brand Consultant as a freelancer. Gregory had three recurring clients, including a luxury Hair Salon, a Tattoo Parlour, and a Norwegian Insurance startup. Gregory was also responsible for rebuilding the website for Fusion Festival.

Gregory was the Head of Design at NGX (Nutri-Genetix) from February 2021 to October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Brand Designer at FunFair Technologies from March 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they developed creative campaigns strategies and created campaign images for B2B and B2C brands.

Before their freelance work, Gregory was a Creative Brand Lead at Win Technologies from October 2014 to October 2017. Gregory also worked as a Senior Designer at the same company from January 2012 to October 2014, where they created direct mail campaigns and implemented gamified campaign solutions.

Gregory started their career as a Senior Graphic Designer at RedLever/Adconion UK Ltd. from November 2010 to December 2011, where they developed and executed creative concepts for email campaigns, banner ads, and social media.

Gregory also gained experience as a Motion Graphics Contractor at fst The Group from February 2010 to June 2010, a Freelance Cinema 4D Operator at ID Environmental from June 2010 to July 2010, and a U.X Designer at iDNA Solutions from March 2008 to February 2009. At iDNA Solutions, they researched user behavior, mapped user journeys, created dynamic infographics, wireframed, and designed user interfaces.

Gregory Allan obtained a degree in Graphic Design, specifically an NDip, from Durban University of Technology.
