Thomas Warschefsky

Thomas Warschefsky holds extensive experience in the real estate and roofing industries. As a Partner at Dantom Properties, LLC since August 2020, Thomas oversees commercial and residential real estate leasing, including multifamily, storage, warehouse, office, and service businesses. Additionally, as Managing Partner at Custom Roofing Solutions, LLC since May 2016, Thomas specializes in commercial roofing and spray foam insulation. Thomas has also maintained a partnership at Custom Roofing Solutions and Spray Foam since January 1977, served as District Sales Manager for Conklin Company since November 1976, and operates Noble Enterprises since September 1976. Educationally, Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences from Michigan State University from 1969 to 1973.
