Ugan Thamanna has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering management, currently serving in multiple managerial roles at Conlog (Pty) Ltd since January 2008, including Manufacturing Manager, Warehouse and Planning Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Production Manager for both general operations and PCBA. Ugan began the career at Clipsal, where the role was Quality Control Teamleader from May 2007 to December 2007.
