Erica Visokey

Erica Visokey, J.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica is currently serving as a Course Facilitator for eCornell Law at Cornell University. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Compliance and Employment Counsel at The Lucky Foundation. Erica has also worked as a Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at CONMED Corporation, where they built and led the company's first litigation team and provided guidance on various legal matters. Erica has also served as an Advisory Board Member for The Lemon Perfect Company and as a Board Member for the American Dog Society. Erica started their career as a Legal Counsel at Stryker and worked their way up to managing product liability and employment lawsuits. Erica began their legal career as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP.

Erica Visokey, J.D. received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from Brown University in 1998. Erica then attended Boston College Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree specializing in Law in 2001. Erica is also certified by the Massachusetts Bar Association as a member of the State Bar of MA since 2001 and by the New York State Bar Association as a member of the State Bar of NY, including SDNY, NDNY, EDNY, and WDNY, since 2002.
