Sian Tothill

Sian Tothill (FCIPD) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics at CONMED Corporation since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sian held the position of Head of HR and Payroll at Rocialle Healthcare from February 2020 to June 2024, and served as Head of HR at Rhys Davies Logistics from September 2017 to February 2020. Sian's career also includes significant experience as an HR Business Partner and HR Officer at MotoNovo Finance from September 2007 to September 2017, and as a Human Resources Assistant at the NHS from September 2006 to September 2007. Sian holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification from the University of South Wales, completed in 2010, and a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from the same institution, obtained in 2007.
