Muhammad Abbas

Muhammad Abbas started working as a System Administrator at Waverly Heights LTD in February 2016. In this role, they monitored and tracked all tickets in the Remedy ticketing application, administered tickets based on priority level, set up and managed user accounts through Office 365 and exchange server, and managed Active Directory on a daily basis. Muhammad also provided additional desktop security, standardization, and functionality through group policies.

In 2019, Muhammad Abbas joined Connect America as a BI Data warehouse Developer, with no specified end date.

Muhammad Abbas began their education at Gladwyne Elementary School from 1992 to 1995, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Muhammad then attended Haverford Senior High School from 1997 to 2001 and earned a Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at Delaware County Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Energy Technology. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, Muhammad completed a Master's degree in Data Analytics at Penn State Great Valley.
