Claire Mitchell

Claire Mitchell has worked in various roles in the product management industry since 2003. Claire began their career as a Freelance Designer and Designer at Sprayway Ltd. From 2009-2012, they worked as a Freelance Product Manager at Guldenpfennig, where they created new product lines and areas for the UK and Australia. Claire then moved on to 21media innovations ltd as a Product Manager, where they managed timelines, budgets, agendas and workload within each work package for a UK Funded project by the TSB. In 2012, they became the Product Manager for Mobile, Accessibility & Connectivity at Outsourcery. From 2013-2018, they held roles as Senior Product Manager, Mobile platforms and Senior Product Manager, Knowledge & Learning at BBC. Most recently, they have been the Head of Product and Senior Product Manager at Connect Childcare since 2019.

Claire Mitchell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion/Apparel Design from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Prior to that, they completed Art Foundation Studies at Blackburn College UK in 1999-2000. Claire also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification.
