Tina Skiffard

Tina Skiffard has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Business Development fields since 2017. Tina began their career at Outsource dk as the HR and Communications Manager, where they were responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, employee development, and leadership consulting. In 2018, they moved to Talentmatch, where they were an HR Consultant, matching highly educated job seekers with SMEs in East Jutland. In 2019, Tina became the Co-Founder of MentorGrow and the Founder and Partner of Voksverk, a consultancy and learning house for young, ambitious people. Tina also worked as a Project Manager for BYG OVEN PÅ, delivering services for informational campaigns funded by the Ministry of Education and Research. In 2020, Tina took on the role of Innovations Consultant at Erhverv Aarhus, where they are responsible for an innovation project to combat high graduate unemployment. Tina is also responsible for the focus areas of education, entrepreneurship, and innovation. In 2022, Tina will become a Senior Business Developer and Network Manager at CONNECT Denmark and an External Recruiter at Conversio.

Tina Skiffard began their educational journey in 2007 at Braham Area High School in Minnesota, USA, where they obtained their High School degree. Tina then moved to Herning Gymnasium in 2008, where they studied Social Studies and English until 2011. In 2012, Tina enrolled in Aarhus University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Communication in 2015. Tina then continued their studies at Aarhus University and obtained a Master's degree in Virksomhedskommunikation / Corporate Communication in 2017. In 2014, they also attended San Diego State University and obtained a Business Communication degree. In 2019, Tina obtained the TT38 - Talenttest certification from TT38 Denmark Aps.
