Paul Blunt

Paul Blunt is currently the Talent and Culture Manager at Connect Fibre, where Paul recruits exceptional individuals for the company. Prior to this role, Paul founded Madison Search London, specializing in recruiting high-quality strategy and business development professionals. Paul also co-owned Madison Maclean Search and Selection, focusing on strategy and IT staff recruitment. With their extensive experience, including heading commercial recruitment at Astbury Marsden and working as a consultant at Harrison Willis, Paul has a strong background in executive search and recruitment. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy and Finance from Leeds Beckett University.
